RETURNS POLICY
All Refunds and Warranty Replacements require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. YOU MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM. Please submit your query using this ONLINE FORM within 7 days to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not return goods without this authorisation.Following receipt of your notice you will be emailed your RMA number with instructions on how and where to return the product. Please note that the cost of sending the goods back to us where you wish to cancel for reasons which are not due to product performance or description will be payable by you. P&P charges will not be refunded save for in circumstances where the goods are deemed to have been defective.
