We comply with UK DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) and as a consumer you have a minimum of seven working days commencing the day following delivery to exercise cancellation rights.

In reality we want you to be completely happy, so will be flexible with this and in most circumstances are happy to give a few more days than this minimum.

For all Refunds and Warranty Replacements it is strongly recommended to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. An RMA greatly increases the speed with which we can handle returns by allowing us to quickly match a returned item to an order. Please submit your query using within 7 days to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If for any reason you feel that an RMA is not suitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other options.

Following receipt of your notice you will be emailed your RMA number with instructions on how and where to return the product. Please note that the cost of sending the goods back to us where you wish to cancel for reasons which are not covered by DSR will be payable by you. P&P charges will not be refunded say for example where the goods are deemed to have been defective, unless covered by DSR.
